Meet Dr. Jarod Oliver

Jarod C. Oliver, DDS

I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to improve both the appearance and function of my patients’ smiles. Orthodontics is absolutely fascinating to me and there are few better feelings than correctly planning and delivering a treatment that makes everyone involved extremely proud. The relationships I have formed with my patients and their families are touching and I am honored by the trust my patients have placed in me and my team.

I attended the University of Texas in San Antonio for my undergraduate education and continued on at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I graduated summa cum laude and was accepted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. I stayed in San Antonio for my orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, and served as chief resident.

My commitment to education extends far beyond my formal education. In order to stay current with the newest and most effective orthodontic technology, I continue my education through participation in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Texas Dental Association.

I was born and raised in the small town of Three Rivers, Texas; however, having attended college, dental school, and orthodontic residency all in San Antonio, I truly feel this is my hometown and look forward to building a family full of Spurs fans. I am married to the most talented orthodontist I know, Dr. Cele Oliver, and feel so lucky to be able to practice and live with my best friend. We also have our furry best friend, Ollie, our two year old Malti-Poo.

Cele and I love to be in the outdoors and really enjoy playing golf as much as possible. We also love to travel and enjoy getting lost in our own city and seeing how many family-owned restaurants we can find.  Of course, watching the Spurs, Longhorns, and Cowboys keeps our schedule plenty full!
